In addition to supporting our affiliated FHO’s, this position has the potential to develop a partnership with the Oxford OHT, and Ingersoll Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, enabling us to proudly collaborate in order to provide primary care services for residents that currently do not have access to a primary care provider. The NP would have a community of practice with NP colleagues for mentorship and support and would be working in a team-based care setting when providing this care.
