Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to build and lead a small team of sales representatives in selling pre-owned vehicles at our location in Stittsville. Reporting to a Store Manager, the ideal candidate will be a top performing used car salesperson with a proven track record of cultivating and closing deals. The Car Club has been in business more than twenty years. We deal with all the major banks and finance companies. We have a high level of expertise in non-prime and prime finance.

Working with prospects that arrive as form leads, phone calls, and walk in traffic, the objective will be to convert as many leads as possible into deals while maximizing gross profit.

You are expected to follow The Car Club processes and policies which are designed to maximize transactions and customer satisfaction.

You will have between 50 and 70 units on the ground at the location and full access to the complete inventory in all three locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
