Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain features to customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
