```Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for flowers and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies

- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative displays

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral department

- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system

- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely

-Deliver arrangements

-Process FTD and Teleflora orders

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer base

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques for proper care of plants and flowers

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing

- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and honesty

- Strong sales skills to promote products and upsell to customers

- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

- Vehicle and valid drivers license

-Strong computer skills

-Ability to work well under pressure
