What We Are Looking For

As our full-time Shop Manager, you will be supporting the owner in overall restaurant operations for all 3 London locations, as well as execution, management of staff, controllable profit plan achievement, customers count growth, and sales building activities. You will also be assisting in employee selection, retention, and continuous operational improvement.

Who You Are

Two or more years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry;

Valid Food Handling Certificate or willing to obtain one;

Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle;

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;

Previous management proficiency in P&L and other financial metrics;
Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture;
