Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative drink recipes based on customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to create seasonal cocktails.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Demonstrated hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
