Our Spa Attendants are the heart of our operation! They are the key point of contact between our guests and other team members and are responsible for overseeing the guest experience throughout the spa. The perfect candidate is highly motivated, comfortable working with a large team in a fast-paced environment, while providing a calming and relaxing experience to our guests.

Smart Server Certified
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a spa environment
Experience working in a hospitality, or customer service role
Warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
Ability to communicate directly with customers in order to fulfill their needs
A keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self motivated and constantly used initiative
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service at all points of contact, including but not limited to, interacting with guests and answering enquiries.
Conduct spa tours.
Inform guests of safety points within the pool and spa area.
Manage laundry from all areas of the spa, including the pool, cafe, and gym.
Maintain a professional and clean spa environment throughout the spa.
Maintain the relaxation area, including serving guests.
Maintain cleanliness in changes rooms.
General cleaning, including vacuuming and mopping floors as needed.
