Home Stager / Office Manager

We are looking for a Home Stager/Office Manager to support our team in staging installations, and admin related duties.

If you are passionate about design, enjoy creating beautiful spaces, and love to provide excellent customer service, we would love to have you as part of our team. Our team transforms homes into breathtaking living spaces for the purposes of helping real-estate agents in the GTA to sell their homes more quickly and efficiently.

You are a digital guru, a go-getter, and multiple hat wearer who is ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work. You should be thoughtful, creative, possess an almost obsessive attention to detail.

Your job include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Admin and customer service – Answering calls, providing quotes, managing proposals/contracts/invoicing, scheduling projects
• Design and select inventory for home and condo staging projects
• Lead the staging team to execute the staging design plan on site
• You’re not afraid to take initiative because you can go with the flow. You get done what needs to be done and you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years experience in home staging
• Must have your own reliable vehicle.
• Must be flexible with schedule.
• Exceptional people and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player..
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
