We're a fun and whimsical independent greeting card company looking for an organized, detail oriented, and fun loving person to join our team. This candidate would work with our small and friendly team to help with order fulfillment and administrative tasks. There's opportunity to work on social media content as well if interested.
Picture this: You’re dressed in your favorite casual wear working flexible hours. You spend your day in a modern sunny office and over lunch, you can take a stroll down the cute strip in Streetsville to get some of the tastiest pizza around. You work with a fun and friendly team that makes sure your voice is heard and that people are treated fairly. If you’re in a dancing mood, you put on your favorite jams while you gather cards and package orders. You take pride in knowing that the work you’re doing makes people feel loved and appreciated on their birthdays, weddings and anniversaries.

Where: You’ll be working out of our modern sunny office in the heart of Streetsville, Mississauga, a hop and a skip away from fabulous restaurants and coffee shops.
Start Date: June, flexible based on candidate availability
Hours: Roughly 15-25 hours per week to start, with the potential to move this into full time hours. The time you start and finish work each day is flexible based on your preferences.
A little bit about us:
We like to have fun with our work and our products. Our aim is to push the envelope (pun most definitely intended!) on what makes for a really cool card and to make people smile through funny, unexpected, and playful cards and prints. We sell our cards online as well as to hundreds of incredible independent shops and some household names too (Barnes & Noble, Paper Source, Winners, Marshalls, and Sobeys). Responsibilities:
· 80% of the time: Fulfilling online orders. You’ll gather cards and pack orders for our fab customers and for the incredible stores that carry our cards.
· 15% of the time: Administrative tasks & Strategic planning: You'll assist with customer outreach, tracking inventory, creating shipping manifests and responding to customer messages. You'll be a valued voice on how we can grow and improve our operations.
· 5% of the time: Organizing/cleaning the card office, watering our plants and putting away deliveries
