Purpose of Position:

Coach Canada is looking for an energetic, safety-driven, and responsible driver to join our team. The Coach Canada driver will report directly to the District Manager and is responsible for the physical possession of controlling and safely navigating a motorcoach as assigned by the Manager of Operations or Dispatcher. The driver is responsible for the care of passengers, including their safety, security, and assisting them on and off the motorcoach. The driver is responsible for all package shipments, luggage transported aboard and located inside the coach’s luggage/storage bay areas. The driver will be responsible for the transport and discharging of all scheduled, chartered, tour, or sightseeing passengers. The driver will also be responsible for the transportation and delivery of any inter-office mail.

Position Requirements:

• Be legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e. a Canadian Citizen, landed immigrant or valid work permit), must have a passport that enables you to freely cross the US border.
• Hold a valid and unrestricted Commercial Drivers License – Preference will be given to Class B or C CDL with a Z air brake endorsement.
• Pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Vulnerable Sector Search
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience operating Coach buses and/or similar CDL Vehicles
• Reliable and accountable for participating in our annual and ongoing training requirements.
• Ability to Pass DOT Physical Qualifications
• Partake in initial three-week paid training.
• 21 years of age or older
