Works with the Senior Manager to manage the delivery project(s)/ program
Leads, motivates and provides guidance/coaching to team members
Plans, coordinates, organizes, directs and controls project activities to achieve desired results
Provides estimates, and manages budgets
Provide financial forecasts & accruals as required
Defines and manages project scope e.g. via Joint application development (JAD) sessions
Conducts project review meetings and ensures quality standards are adhered to through all phases of the project
Manages client issues and project risks
Validates project form as, ensuring accuracy of billing, charges to projects, etc.
Utilizes project management best practices
Design and publish plan of record to senior leadership
Supports the Senior Manager in dealings with the external vendors and tracking their work
Requirements
Qualifications:
Valid PMP designation
Ready to lead into implementing agile practices at an enterprise scale- based on resent experience or at least formal Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) training
Experience working on Carrier grade Voice telephony project
Multi-years experience in vendor management - to be savvy in both sides of the relationship: experience as PM/PgM representing the vendor(s) as well as being the PM/PgM managing both Canadian based and internationally based external vendors

Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
