Reporting to the Management Control Manager, the holder of this position participates in the management control of Ubisoft Entertainment by carrying out gap analyzes in addition to providing the necessary reports and explanations on various requested subjects. The position holder is responsible for developing and collecting data for project budgets as well as their monthly analyses.
What you will do:
- Participate in the planning and preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the company's projects;
- Ensure the analysis of monthly, semi-annual and annual cost statements;
- Carry out periodic conciliation;
- Carry out the analyzes required by studio management and the production team;
- Analyze and develop metrics and performance indicators;
- Provide analysis to support decision-making in production;
- Support and advise production throughout its development cycle;
- Optimize synergies between different departments;
- Perform other related duties;
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- Be bilingual in French/English, written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other equivalent training.
- Minimum of 2 years in a financial analyst/management controller position.
- Experience in video game production is an asset.
- Have good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Reconciliation of information from different systems.
- Have attention to detail and be rigorous.
- Demonstrate proactivity, independence and a spirit of initiative and judgment. Ability to popularize the subject.
- Very good command of Excel and Office suite.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Tableau.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft, Microstrategy, SQL are assets.
- Programming skills are an asset.
