Job Title: Office Housekeeper
Location: Downtown Waterloo
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, occasional 12-1 PM (M-F)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Office Housekeeper. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized environment in our busy office located in downtown Waterloo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning, organizing, shopping, and various tasks to ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace for our employees. Hired individual is expected to be available and working during these hours and available by telephone. Responsibilities: ∙Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure a neat and sanitary office environment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Empty all trash and recycling bins
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas
- Dusting workstations
- Scope the office for dirty dishes
- Vacuuming
- Pack away cleaned dishes
- Mopping oKitchen cleaning
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Outdoor maintenance (water plants)
- Sanitizing surfaces
- Windows
Organizing: Keep office spaces organized and clutter-free. Arrange furniture and office supplies as needed to maintain an efficient and tidy workspace. Ensuring all unused equipment and supplies are stored away for easy access. Organizing storage areas
Food stock: Ensure sufficient food and drinks are in the fridge and snack areas. Request re-order when needed.
Shopping: Purchase and restock office supplies, cleaning materials, and other necessary items as required. Maintain an organized inventory of supplies.
Company Luncheon: Assist in food pick up, distribution and clean up for company lunches or client meetings.
Errands: Run occasional errands as needed, such as picking up packages, delivering documents, or any other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential for this position.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistency in performing duties are crucial.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organization.
Independence: Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
Communication: Ability to communicate with supervisor daily with updates
