Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel,
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed
- File and organize documents in physical and digital formats
- Enter orders and other relevant information into the system
- Transcribe information from one format to another accurately
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
