**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our Warraich Meats and Kitchen in Chalo Freshco retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and customer service

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service

- Manage store budget, including payroll and expenses

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a restaurant/food service management role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in cashiering, payroll management, and administrative tasks

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in supervising staff

- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication
