Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize store productivity
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage store budget and expenses effectively
Skills:
- Proficient in interviewing, training, and developing employees
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand market trends
- Previous experience in store management or retail operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial reporting
- Exceptional customer service skills to build loyalty and drive repeat business
