The Customer Service Representative for Content Moderator interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative/Content Moderator, you’ll:
To ensure our clients’ customers are enjoying an authentic experience
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Reviews reports from users in virtual space and takes appropriate actions on the reports.
Monitor flagged and escalated user interactions for compliance.
The majority of moves into Live Mods would be internal moves from guides.
Must be comfortable with reviewing reports with egregious content.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative/Content Moderator role include:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent to
B2- Independent Language User
Pass all assessments and Background check
1-2 year or more of direct Customer Service or Technical Support
Ability to review, understand, and interpret process and policy documentation rather than using personal judgement in decision making.
Critical Thinker and Problem Solver
Experience in online/multiplayer gaming and/or platforms
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
