We are looking for a strong leader, who is outgoing and energetic, to be our General Manager!
The General Manager provides vision and leadership to all Crew Members, Shift Supervisors and Restaurant Managers, ensures that each customer's expectations are exceeded, and that the restaurant achieves or exceeds its business objectives every shift, every day.
The General Manager:
Understands that growth is as much about people as it is about dollars
Inspires crew members to go above and beyond
Ensures every item served meets or exceeds Wendy's quality standards
Helps crew members develop good interpersonal skills and abilities
Creates a team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees
Ensures all restaurant objectives are met, while following all Company guidelines
Ensures compliance with local laws and ethical business practices
Leads, interviews, selects, directs, trains and develops all Shift Supervisors, Team Trainers and Crew Members
Analyzes restaurant performance data to make informed recommendations regarding restaurant plans
Adjusts manager and crew schedules as needed, based on labour, performance and forecast
Analyzes talent and staffing goals and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure staffing goals are met
Investigates and resolves customer complaints within the restaurant
Monitors service quality and makes adjustments to positioning guidelines as necessary
Approves expenditures within the established guidelines
Manages customer service and crew performance of crew members or subordinate managers.

REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years food/customer service experience required
2-3 years Management experience required
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
