**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
**Duties:**
-Providing the highest standard of service to our valued customers
-Field in coming phone calls and daily/frequent email corespondance
- Managing communication to customers, regarding general orders, web orders, on-line pick ups
- Fostering relations and managing a high level of commincation to vendors
-Inventory management
-Assisting with picking/packing customer orders as required
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Maintain office/warehouse policies and procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and work effectively with a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with vendor management
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
