Westwood Honda has an opening for Service Receptionist
Are you looking for a rewarding career in the auto industry? We are looking to hire a client focused, full-time Receptionist to make a great first impression on our Service Department customers. Job Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs;
- Previous customer service and/or reception experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously;
- Dependability;
- Experience working in the automotive industry is an asset;
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Providing customers with a welcoming first impression;
- Efficiently directing calls using a switchboard telephone system;
- Communicating with callers and customers in a professional and friendly manner;
- Being knowledgeable and able to answer general enquiries from customers and staff;
- Scheduling shuttle trips
- Booking customers appointments; and
- Additional duties as required.
