This full-time position involves maintaining and cleaning condominium properties in the downtown, Old Port, and Westmount areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of condominium garages and garbage chutes. Responsibilities:

• Operate a Zamboni to clean condominium parking garages.
• Regularly clean and maintain garbage chutes in residential buildings.
• Ensure that all areas are kept neat, tidy, and free of debris.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the property management team.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed on the properties.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Experience operating a Zamboni or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Must have access to a car to travel between different work locations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
