```Duties```
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Your duties will include:

- Creating and preparing a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Supervising and coordinating the work of kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers
- Ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and regulations
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing new menu items and adjusting existing recipes to meet customer preferences
- Collaborating with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or promotions

- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and cost management
- Proficiency in food handling procedures, including proper storage, preparation, and presentation
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks
