Cleaner (part-time)

```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and visitors.

```Duties:```
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Operate hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning tasks
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and operating power tools
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
