Sr. Accounting Manger

We currently have a career opportunity for a hands-on Accounting Manager in our Finance and

Accounting Team. This position will have responsibilities for one complete business unit and shared

services (Payroll, AR and AP) for other business units as well. There are two direct reports to this position.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial statements including booking month-end entries, analysis and reporting.
• Balance Sheet account reconciliations and analysis
• Weekly and monthly management reports.
• Coordinate and summarize monthly inventory counts and investigate variances.
• Year-end schedules to support the annual audit and tax returns.
• Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast.
• Supervise Payroll, AR and AP.
• Provide financial and accounting support to operational areas of the company.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, internal process review and control, special projects

and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-plus years of full-cycle accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience in Inventory count investigation and analysis.
• CPA designated.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong motivation, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team player with Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Accpac ERP is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
