Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Toronto, ON. As a Real Estate Agent at Zown, your day-to-day tasks will include customer service, real estate sales, and managing real property. You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties, providing expert advice and guidance, and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in real estate sales
• Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in real estate software and technology

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Experience in the Toronto real estate market
• Knowledge of local zoning and development regulations
• Additional languages spoken

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: $50.00 per hour
