Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Skills:
- Strong retail sales experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products and explain technical details to customers
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Familiarity with technology sales is an asset
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
