We are looking for salespersons with any sales experience preferably solar background.

Experienced and dedicated marketing / sales executive with good marketing knowledge for solar company.

Should be flexible and smart working

No work from home option is available.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns, events, and digital channels for lead generation.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, educate them about solar solutions, and present tailored proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to showcase the benefits and features of solar energy systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to penetrate target markets, segments, and regions effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solar projects.
