Customer support Executive

• Doing inbound calls to customers and clients
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Verify the authenticity of documents and other relevant information
• Maintain accurate records of verified data and documentation
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
• Provide customer support to clients through both voice and non-voice channels
