What would you do? The Quality Auditing Associate is responsible for auditing and monitoring calls, ensuring adherence to established parameters, and providing feedback. The role involves evaluating call quality, maintaining quality standards, and supporting operations within the quality and auditing framework. You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products. In Order Management, you will be working on administration of business processes related to orders for goods or services. You will also assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology from order creation to order fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Complete day to day Evaluations, Audits, Monitoring and Feedback’s as per assigned targets/goal, hands on experience in all necessary tools and applications and be a SME. • Establish, maintain and monitor a quality plan for each Client engagement and process, review quality process scores and calibrate with QA’s and also with the Operations Team, provide feedback and should coach Operations Associates on Quality Methodologies, Call handling skills, Product and domain knowledge, demonstrate optimal performance as per KRA’s assigned. • Support Operations within Quality & Auditing frame work as and when required, monitor critical business updates gets disseminated across agents, should update the necessary data as per the format prescribed by the Quality Auditing team from time to time, assist Lead/AM to Prepare and review the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quality Scores with Quality and also on team performance deck, take lead role in Quality huddles with Associates and Ops team.
