Job Overview: The Liaison Officer/Executive for Tender Business plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination between our company and various government agencies, institutions, and private organizations for securing tender contracts related to the manufacturing and distribution of diagnostics instruments and reagents. They are responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements. Additionally, they establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Identification and Analysis:

• In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.

2. Compliance and Regulation:

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to tender processes.
• Stay updated on changes in tendering laws, policies, and procedures, and adapt strategies accordingly.

3. Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, procurement officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and tender management software.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
