Recruitment Duties:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in developing effective recruitment strategies.Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training are completed.Administrative Duties:
HR Support: Assist in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Scheduling: Manage calendars for interviews, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring efficient time management.Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employment contracts.Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and support needs.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment and/or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time
