Profile Overview:
Advenser is looking for an Accounts Executive with two plus years of relevant work experience. An ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding and knowledge of QuickBooks or Zoho.

The candidate must be experienced in GSTR, and GSTR 3B workings, Annual return and also should have a strong knowledge up to finalization of books.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
2 to 3 years of work experience as an Accounts Executive.
Solid understanding up to finalization of books
Proficiency in accounting softwares like QuickBooks or Zoho
Experienced in GSTR and GSTR 3B workings, Annual return
Lesioning with the banks, Government offices etc.
Coordination with the audit teams.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
