Role Description:The Key Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the Delhi and NCR region.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion:
  • Stay updated on the latest Algotherm products, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to schedule demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the Sales Manager for strategic planning.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or relevant field experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel within the Pan India region as required.

Necessary Requirements

  • Must have their own vehicle to visit markets
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
