Job Profile- Operations Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of daily manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production tasks.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate supply levels.
• Assist in the setup and preparation of production equipment and materials.
• Liaise with the production team to resolve any operational issues that arise.
• Assist in the inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document and report any deviations from quality standards to the Operations Manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Track and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and quality reports.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Freshers may also apply
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
