We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
- Generate and qualify new sales leads
- Provide detailed information about our games and services to potential clients
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in the entertainment or software industry
- Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of games
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
