Offline Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our offline sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role involves 50% field work, requiring the ability to engage directly with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through visits, calls, and meetings to achieve sales targets.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various offline channels, including networking events, cold calling, and field visits.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
• Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and provide appropriate solutions to clients.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with clients and leads to secure sales and maintain relationships.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the sales manager.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand and promote the products effectively.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to enhance brand awareness and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
