Resource Executive - Customer Support (Outbound Calls) - Day Shift in MNC – 5 Days working– Mumbai

BARE is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic resource executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to recruit mystery shoppers who will help us evaluate and improve the customer experience for our clients, especially in the Tier 2, 3, and 4 locations. As a resource executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential mystery shoppers, explaining the role, and guiding them through the application process. POSITION AVAILABLE: Resource Executive - Customer Support (Outbound Calls) for the Market Research Company

Key Role and Responsibilities Includes:

1. Make outbound calls to individuals to recruit mystery shoppers.
2. Good Convincing Power and Effective Communicator
3. Should be able to speak fluent English/Hindi
4. Provide detailed information about the mystery shopping role, including responsibilities and benefits.
5. Assist potential mystery shoppers with the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
6. Follow up with applicants to answer any questions and ensure they are well-informed.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our database and also maintain appropriate records of dialogue for call status.
8. Work closely with the Ops team to understand recruitment needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
10. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.
11. Should know various recruitment methods (Online, offline)
12. Displays accountability and ownership
13. To Generate the Leads (No Sales)

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Education- HSC/Graduate with min 1/2 years of experience in a similar role or handled the outbound calls/recruitments of various regions. Proficiency in MS Office

Competency Skills:

• Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)
• Getting things done with results
• To deliver the required standards
• Ability to prioritize and multitask & meet deadlines
• Strong customer service mind-set and ability to foster good client relationships

Reports to: Key Account Manager. 

Location: Mumbai

CTC offered: Min 2.4 Lacs Max 3 Lacs.
