Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed store targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively communicate this information to customers.
• Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and stock replenishment to ensure the store is well-presented and inviting.
• Inventory Management: Participate in inventory counts, stock management, and receiving shipments to keep accurate inventory records.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and productive work environment, including participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
