Telesales Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up activities.
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with BPO sales, insurance sales, telemarketing, telesales, outbound calling, outbound sales, domestic calling, and domestic voice process is a plus.
