A leading IT Services & IT Consulting company headquartered in Kuwait is hiring for its new branch office in Infopark Cochin, Kerala.

We are seeking a young motivated and skilled Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Can handle basic accounts of the company
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English for drafting emails, memos and follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the company's policies and procedures, and ability to ensure they are being followed
  • Oversee the general day-to-day operations of the organization
  • Ability to coordinate and manage different teams and projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Invoicing and billing functions to ensure timely payment processing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documents
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline/ BBA/ MBA(Marketing)
  • Experience in digital marketing could be an added advantage
  • English language proficiency is mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Mon- Fri (9:30 AM- 6:00 PM)
