We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Call Centre Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Daily work updates to management
Follow up with marketing team for customer feedback & response
