Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and drive the development of cutting-edge digital solutions. The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy, overseeing the implementation of new technologies, and driving innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive innovation and research in emerging technologies, with a focus on AI and ML, to enhance our service offerings and drive competitive advantage.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust digital solutions, including software applications, platforms, and systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to identify technology needs and opportunities for process optimization.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our technology infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology, AI, and ML, and incorporate them into our technology roadmap and strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
