OUR REQUIREMENT-
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Staff Details to be captured on Internal Staff Portal:
Add new staff details onto the Internal staff portal as and when required, inputting Rota Hours for Weekly KPI forecasts and supplier invoices onto software and systems.
2. Business Generation:To Search and collate local Companies/Businesses for cold
outreach through email using predefined templates to bring in more business.
3. Purchasing:To collate quotes for required maintenance work /purchasing of products and reporting back to the hotels.
4. Cold Outreach through Emails English medium schooling Graduate or Backoffice work experience.Sourcing and lead generation Excellent written and verbal communication. (Pre-requisite) Proficient with spreadsheets (Pre-requisite) Eye for details
