Position Summary:
As an Interior Designer at Clinicity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the physical environment of our healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and patient-centered spaces. Your designs will contribute to the overall patient experience and the success of our healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Design: Develop initial design concepts for healthcare facilities, including patient rooms, waiting areas, clinics, and administrative spaces.
- Space Planning: Create functional and efficient layouts for healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Material Selection: Select finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that are both aesthetically pleasing and conducive to a healing environment.
- Lighting Design: Design lighting systems that provide adequate illumination while creating a calming atmosphere.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design concepts from initial planning to final construction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure that design solutions meet functional and clinical requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing project budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Diploma in interior designing
- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for creating innovative and patient-centered healthcare environments.
