Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
2. Conduct property tours, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our properties.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
5. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, including price, financing options, and closing timelines.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
8. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
9. Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to the post-sales process, including contract execution and customer handover.
