Job Description:
Role Overview:
- As a Marketing Analytics/Marketing Coordinator & Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting Educare Medicozz projects to colleges, schools, universities, and offices.
- This role involves achieving sales targets through a combination of incentive-based and salary-based compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges, schools, universities, and offices to present and promote Educare Medicozz projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within educational institutions and corporate offices.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication, presentation skills, and persuasive selling techniques.
- Utilize marketing analytics to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aligned with target audience needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree; MBA or BBA preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of marketing analytics and its application to sales strategies.
Duration and Trial Period:
The position includes a 15-day trial period, during which both parties can assess suitability and fit. It is full time job. 15 days is probation period.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, supplemented by incentives based on achieving sales targets.
