Key Responsibilities:

• Email Content Creation: Craft compelling email copies for promotional, informational, and transactional campaigns. Develop specialized content for follow-up and cart abandonment emails to boost customer engagement.
• Understanding Brand and Audience: Create / Understand customer persona, target audience and understand client’s brand guidelines.
• Content Strategy and Planning: Actively participate in planning sessions with the marketing team. Maintain and update the work calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.
• Scriptwriting for Video Content: Write scripts for loom and promotional videos that complement email campaigns, providing clear direction to designers and video editors.
• Review and Editing: Refine email texts for clarity, grammatical correctness, and alignment with brand standards. Implement feedback to optimize content.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Engage with multiple departments including sales, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Assist in the creation of presentation materials.
• Content Localisation and Adaptation: Adapt content for diverse international markets, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative and effective copywriting across different mediums.
• We are seeking candidates with experience in email copywriting, backed by a portfolio showcasing proficiency in B2B, B2C, and cold email strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using google sheets and google docs.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with overall brand strategy.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement of content.
