JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: SEO Executive/Digital Marketing Executive

Location of Posting: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Executive to join our dynamic team in Lucknow, India. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, along with hands-on experience in optimizing websites for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve the organic visibility of our website and drive qualified traffic.

· Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases used by our target audience.

· Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.

· Implement technical SEO optimizations, including website structure, URL optimization, site speed improvements, and mobile optimization.

· Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

· Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other key SEO performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.

· Identify opportunities for website optimization and make recommendations for improvements.

· Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing.

· Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.

· Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, progress, and optimizations to stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's/Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO.

· In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.

· Familiarity with keyword research tools, web analytics tools, and SEO auditing tools.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.

· Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus.

· SEO certification or relevant training courses are desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
