Program Associate- Service team
Job description
Looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to conduct disability sensitization workshops and trainings to create societal impact. This requires constant oversight in the disability space and social cause to ensure activities are being performed, Also should be good in collecting data to analyse performance and reporting on progress of workshops and engagements. If the project is not being implemented to satisfaction, the associate should identify problems and correct as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· To help plan, implement and manage different disability sensitization programs.
· Conceptualizing, organizing, end to end managing the workshops
· Ability to motivate and lead volunteers to create impact
· Knowledge of different causes and in particular disability will be preferred
· Coordinate and engage in disability sensitization plans and meetings.
· Manage disability sensitization projects from design and development to production.
· Schedule and coordinate engagements, programs and meetings of respective programs.
· Develop social media posts for workshops conducted, update on social media, draft session
proposals and creating workshop materials for engagements.

Educational Requirement
· Graduate
· Masters preferred
· Specialization on social cause
