Teleperformance

• 9 hours shift (Your shift will be between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
• 1 hour lunch break including.
• 6 days a week working (Monday to Saturday)
• Fluent english required.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Graduation or equivalent is necessary.

Call assistance includes handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues or services requests, and providing accurate information and solutions. We need good communication skills as we are dealing in call process only. Moreover, an individual must be fkuent in english as our all clients are international.
